Appointment Policy

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50 percent of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. If you are late, we reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service. If you are more than 10 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full. A credit card is required to book an appointment. Please note- for your security, we do not store your full credit card information. A signed consent form is required prior to any services rendered. All services and packages are non-refundable.

Product Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, with all seals intact.

• In the case of an allergic or adverse reaction, the product must be returned within 7 days of purchase, regardless of whether it has been opened. A detailed explanation and pictures of the reaction will be required.

1. No Exceptions:

   • Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted, with no exceptions.

2. Refund Method:

   • Returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

   • For cash purchases, refunds will be processed via Venmo or ACH transfer.
